dcd33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dcd33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of all products, services, and content available at dcd33.vip, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, and all associated promotional or bonus offers. These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing dcd33.vip, clicking "I Agree", registering an account, or making any deposit or wager, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Eligibility

• You must register using accurate personal information. Providing false or misleading personal information, including a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number, constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of dcd33 or any of its affiliated partners, technology providers, or game suppliers.

Account Registration and Management

Each natural person may hold one and only one registered dcd33 account. dcd33 uses technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts associated with the same person, device, payment method, or IP address. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dcd33 will close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or withdrawals, and may permanently ban the associated individual from the platform.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must not share your password with any third party. dcd33 will treat all activity occurring under your credentials as authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing that your account has been compromised.
• You must notify dcd33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. dcd33 cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to such notification where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.
• dcd33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct harmful to the platform or its users.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dcd33 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. The current dormancy fee schedule, if applicable, is published in the FAQ section of the platform.

Upon closure of a dcd33 account — whether initiated by the user or by dcd33 — any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable charges will be returned to the user via their most recently used payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no fraud investigation is ongoing.

Deposits and Withdrawals

dcd33 processes all financial transactions through approved Bangladeshi payment channels. All transactions are subject to the following conditions, which dcd33 may update from time to time by publishing a revised version of these Terms or a separate payment policy notice on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by dcd33, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank partners) may impose their own per-transaction limits which are outside dcd33's control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account. dcd33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a name different from the registered account holder, or international bank accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• dcd33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal request triggers an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review, dcd33 may delay payment pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such review and to provide documentation as requested within the time frame specified.

dcd33 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, fees imposed by your payment provider (such as mobile operator charges or bank transfer fees) are not within dcd33's control and are payable by you. dcd33 will always display the net amount credited to your dcd33 account balance after any applicable third-party fee deductions are applied.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dcd33 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published at the time of each individual offer.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live card games or coordinating betting strategies.
• Using dcd33 for any money laundering or terrorist financing purpose, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access the dcd33 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true location.

Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any dcd33 content without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dcd33 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity. dcd33's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments and Governing Law

dcd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where an amendment is material — for example, where it significantly affects your rights or obligations — dcd33 will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which dcd33 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dcd33's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
